What We Do
Worley Reporting is an award-winning provider of court reporting, deposition support and transcription services to the communities of North Carolina’s Piedmont region. We offer full coverage to Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston-Salem as well as statewide and nationwide scheduling assistance through our growing network of trusted, locally-owned peer providers. Our firm is a proud member of Shop Local Raleigh, DepoSpan and Mivnet Connect.
We listen, respect your time, and give you convenient, straightforward options, without hype or shortcuts. Your deposition record will be handled with the utmost respect for quality and accuracy, receiving the proper attention it deserves. Our experienced staff and partners routinely assist attorneys and agencies in areas of litigation such as business and property disputes, personal injury and medical malpractice. Corporate civil subpoena and process service, document receipt for depositions by written questions, and courthouse records retrieval service are also available in select cities.
Our Transcript, Synchronized Video and Videoconference Room Services
You depend on us to provide reliable, verbatim digital deposition transcripts for citation, so we insist on providing highly knowledgeable court reporting professionals who specialize in converting the spoken word to text. All standard transcript orders include a full suite of digital formats, including PDF, Condensed PDF, E-Transcript and ASCII, as well as a complimentary word index. All standard exhibit reproduction orders include the searchable PDF format. Expedited, draft and realtime transcripts are available upon advance request.
In an increasingly visual world, text-synchronized deposition video is more important than ever. That’s why we provide highly skilled legal video specialists who minimize lighting, sound, and background distractions to optimize your jury’s viewing experience. High-quality video supplemented by synchronized text of difficult-to-understand, highly technical or other critical testimony effectively preserves your record for maximum impact at trial. Clips of our text-synchronized video are exportable directly to a variety of trial presentation software formats.
Videoconferencing and conference room hosting are useful when you’re scheduling a deposition in a city where you don’t have a local office, when you prefer a neutral space for the proceedings, or when you need a location compatible with another participating location’s videoconferencing equipment. Our deposition centers in Raleigh and Charlotte offer large-picture-display, enterprise-grade videoconferencing capability, subject to facility demand. All locations in our local room concierge network are comfortable and private, with copy and reception support close by. For non-videoconference depositions, room fees are waived when a transcript is ordered at the time of the deposition.
